Joshua Reinertson is a partner at Harlowe & Falk in Tacoma, where he helps individuals, families, and business owners plan, preserve, and transfer their wealth. His practice centers on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, alongside business formation and transactional work.
He drafts wills and trusts, advises fiduciaries through estate settlement, and counsels business owners on entity formation and planning — always with an emphasis on understanding each client’s goals and making the plan clear and workable.
Joshua earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington and his J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. Admitted in both Washington and Montana, he divides his time between the firm’s Tacoma office and the Bozeman–Big Sky area, working with clients — and cross-border families — in either state.
